1. Dispatch Timeline
Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched from our Palghar facility the same working day.
2. Delivery Timeline
Most PAN India pincodes receive delivery in 2 to 4 business days via Shiprocket.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; a flat fee applies below that threshold.
4. Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver to pincodes across India through our logistics partner.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking link is shared by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
6. Bulk and Freight Orders
Orders above 50 units may ship via freight with a separately communicated delivery date.
7. Delivery Issues
