Your Extinguisher Needs Refilling If...

Pressure needle is in the red zone
A gauge sitting outside the green band means the unit has lost pressure and will not discharge properly when you need it.
It has been over 12 months since the last refill
Powder settles and seals age. An annual refill keeps the unit compliant with IS 2190 and ready for a fire audit.
It was discharged, even partially
A few seconds of use drops the pressure below working range. Any discharged unit must be recharged before it is put back on the wall.

Refilling FAQs

How often should a fire extinguisher be refilled?
Refill every 1 to 2 years, or immediately after any discharge. IS 2190 also requires an annual inspection, so most offices and societies align refilling with their yearly fire audit.
Do you refill all brands or only Swifgo?
We refill Swifgo units and other ISI-marked brands, provided the cylinder passes hydrostatic testing. If a cylinder fails the pressure test we tell you upfront and offer a replacement at factory price instead of refilling an unsafe unit.
How long does the refilling process take?
Typically 2 to 4 working days from pickup, including powder or gas recharge, valve check, pressure testing and repainting where needed. Bulk lots of 10 or more are scheduled with a fixed return date.
Will I get a certificate after refilling?
Yes. Each refilled unit is returned with a refilling certificate carrying the date, agent used, test pressure and next due date, plus a GST invoice for the service.
