Refund & Cancellation Policy
Swifgo Fire Protection System LLP
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return on delivery.
3. Returns and Damaged Items
Report any damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Products that have been used, discharged or refilled are not eligible for return.
6. Refilling Service Cancellations
Refilling and bulk service inquiries can be withdrawn at no cost before an order is confirmed.
